Instructions

  1. Heat the water and milk lukewarm in a saucepan, then dissolve the yeast in it. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the sugar and salt. Add the margarine to the yeast milk and then tip everything into the flour and stir well (only with a wooden spoon !!!). Then knead very vigorously on a floured work surface, otherwise the dough will not be anything! (That is the secret of success!) Then shape it into a loaf, roll or croissant, brush with egg and bake in the oven at 200 ° C in the middle for 25-30 minutes. Buns need less!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
