Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the whisk or mixer until no more flour residues stick to the bottom. It works best if you first add the eggs to the flour and only gradually add the milk. Then there are no lumps.
  2. Bring the pan to medium heat and add a little butter. Put about half a ladle of batter into the pan and swirl so that only the bottom of the pan is really covered with batter. Fry the crepe on one side until the edge is lightly brown and then turn. Then fry the other side only briefly. The crepe burns quickly here.
