Ingredients

  • 50 g bakin cocoa
  • 250 g butter, soft

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl with a whisk. Mix in the softened butter and then knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough in half and form rolls approx. 5 cm thick. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Cut biscuits 1 cm wide from the rolls and bake them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 9 minutes on the medium setting.
  4. Let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet. Preferably on a cooling rack. Then decorate with chocolate as you like.
  5. Tip: Please move the biscuits only after they have cooled down. When they`re hot, they`re still soft and break.
