Banana Curd Smoothie with Cocoa (Sugar Free)

A simple and hearty breakfast or snack – a thick banana-curd smoothie with a delicate cocoa aroma. The sweetness of this wonderful milk-based drink comes from the banana pulp, while the curd provides thickness and nutritional value.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Cocoa powder – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Take the groceries on the list. Choose ripe, sweet bananas so you don’t need sugar, honey, or maple syrup. The saturation of the chocolate taste and the final color of the drink depends on the amount of cocoa powder; it can be adjusted if desired.
  2. Combine cottage cheese and cocoa in a blender bowl. Leave about a pinch of cocoa powder for serving.
  3. Pour chilled milk there.
  4. Beat well with a blender, chopping grains of cottage cheese.
  5. Peel the banana, cut it into arbitrary pieces, and send it to the blender bowl. Beat well again until desired smoothness.
  6. Pour the thick banana curd smoothie into glasses or cups.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with a little cocoa powder or grated chocolate before serving.
