Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda

For the filling:

  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 60 g suar
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients, cover and chill for about 2 hours. Mix the ingredients for the filling, chill.
  2. Roll out the dough between two cut freezer bags into a rectangle (20 x 30 cm). Put the filling on top and smooth out evenly. Roll up the long side like a roulade and cover or wrap in foil and put in the fridge overnight.
  3. Cut the roll in portions into about 1/2 cm thick slices, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 10-12 minutes.
