Ingredients

  • 800 g cod fillet (s)
  • 6 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 bunches parsley
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop.
  2. Mix the garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread half of the parsley mixture in a baking dish. Place the fish fillets on top and cover with the rest of the mixture. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Cover the baking dish and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and finish cooking for another 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh baguette.
