Coffee Honey Cake

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 100 g
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Raisins – 100 g
  • Instant coffee – 1.5 tablespoon.
  • Warm water – 250 ml
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Directions

  1. Soak raisins in cold water.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve coffee in warm water.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Add honey. If the honey is very thick, then you can slightly warm it up.
  5. Add sugar. Mix everything well.
  6. Add flour gradually, mix well.
  7. Pour in soda, extinguish.
  8. Add the raisins, stir and place the dough in a greased dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
