Ingredients
- 1 ¼ kg white cabbage
For the dressing:
- 3 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 4 tablespoon table vinegar
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ pepper
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g sour cream
- 250 g mayonnaise

- Grate the white cabbage.
- For the dressing, finely dice the onions, chop the parsley and chives. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage. Work well into the white cabbage and let it steep for a day.
