Cook pasta according to the basic recipe. Rinse in cold water and allow to drain.
Cut the breakfast bacon into narrow strips. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into cubes. Quarter the cocktail tomatoes.
Fry the bacon in butter, add onions, garlic and frozen peas and cook for a few minutes. Mix the pasta with the other ingredients.
For the marinade:
Mix the wine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a shaker and pour over the salad. Put in the marinade well.
Let the salad soak for a good 1 hour.
Wash the chives and sprinkle over the salad in small rolls as a garnish. Good Appetite!
