Instructions

  1. Cut the pork belly into slices about 1 cm thick and place in a saucepan. Add the water, the spices and the coarsely chopped onion, bring to the boil and simmer very gently for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The water must not boil during this time, but only roll slightly.
  2. Boiled potatoes and sauerkraut round off the meal.
