Cottage Cheese Roll with Apples and Chocolate

Cottage cheese roll with apples and chocolate is a wonderful pastry that will always come in handy. Delicate curd dough with aromatic apple-chocolate filling will be loved by both children and adults.

Servings: 8

Cook: 2 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Apples – 2 pcs. (about 350 g)
  • Chocolate – 50 g
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 120 g
  • Wheat flour – 280 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Place cottage cheese and egg in a bowl.
  2. Pour sugar into a bowl and stir.
  3. Combine flour with baking powder and sift through a fine sieve into a bowl.
  4. Knead a soft dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle a little flour on the table. Remove the dough and roll the dough into a thin layer 1 cm thick.
    If you have a small baking sheet, like mine, divide the dough into two equal parts. And roll out two layers in turn.
  6. Wash and dry the apples. Peel and core them and cut into wedges. Spread the apples over the dough.
  7. Chop the chocolate finely and sprinkle the apples on the dough. Roll the filling into a tight roll.
    Do the same with the second part of the test.
    Turn the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  8. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the rolls seam side down.
  9. Bake the rolls in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  10. Cool the rolls and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Curd roll with apples and chocolate is ready. Cut up and serve.
