Ingredients

  • 400 g spinach (creamed spinach)
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml milk
  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 2 cubes broth
  • 1 packet herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to the boil, except for the sour cream, stirring frequently. When the soup boils, turn off the stove. When the soup has stopped boiling, stir in the sour cream with the whisk. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This soup can easily be made for larger groups.
