Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour
  • 2 cubes yeast, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm
  • 375 g jacket potato (s)
  • 2 egg (s), including the yolk
  • some condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well. Dissolve the yeast in the water and pour it into the well. Cover the pre-dough and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Knead with the dough hook for about 5-10 minutes. Add the salt. When the dough comes off the edge of the bowl, leave it covered for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
  2. Knead again and add the mashed jacket potatoes. Shape approx. 20 balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Mix the egg yolk and canned milk and brush the rolls with it. Baking time approx. 30 min at 180 degrees.
