Ingredients

  • 150 g quinoa flakes or buckwheat, oat or millet flakes
  • 110 g sunflower seeds
  • 90 g flaxseed
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 65 g nuts or almonds, round
  • 20 g psyllium husks
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute) or similar
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 380 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients. Bring the water to the boil and mix the coconut oil with the water, let it melt. Mix the water mixture with the dry ingredients. Cover everything airtight and leave to soak for at least 2 hours, or even better overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C with convection. Form a loaf of bread out of the fairly firm dough and bake on the baking sheet for 40 minutes, turn over and bake for another 30 minutes.
  3. The bread will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
