Ingredients

  • 1 point biscuit (Leibniz)
  • 500 g quark (40%)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 g couverture (dark chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cover a kitchen board with cling film. Pour cold milk into a bowl. Mix the quark with sugar and divide into 2 halves.
  2. Put cocoa powder in half. Dip 50% of the biscuits individually in milk for 1 second and place them in 3 rows close together on the cling film. Brush with half of the quark (without cocoa powder).
  3. Dip the remaining biscuits briefly in milk and place on top. Then brush with cocoa quark. Carefully lift the cling film from two sides at the same time so that the outer edges of the biscuit come together to form a triangle. Carefully press the sloping sides. Remove the cling film from the sides.
  4. Melt the couverture on the water bath, add yoghurt. Pour the forest house and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Cut into finger-thick pieces with a sharp knife and store in a cool place. This goes well with cocoa and milk.
