  • 250 g cream, (country cream)
  • 400 g processed cheese
  • 250 g butter, at room temperature
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First, boil the eggs hard and cut them into cubes. Wash and chop the spring onions. Then mix the butter, country cream and processed cheese with the mixer until a uniform mixture is formed. Then add the eggs and spring onions and continue to stir with the mixer and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Then chill.
  3. If you want, you can add a few spring onion rings to the country cream as a decoration.
