Sliced loaf
Butter
Sugar
Directions
Take a regular sliced loaf, cut it into segments.
Grease each piece with butter (without fanaticism) and sprinkle with sugar (within reasonable limits).
Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown. The main thing is not to overexpose the croutons in the oven.
A small nuance – if you cut the pieces a little thicker (approximately 1.5 cm), then a delicate soft crumb will remain inside the crouton, which will give a kind of charm to these crunches!
