Ingredients

  • 2 bagels, multigrain (fresh or to bake)
  • 2 tablespoon double cream cheese or yoghurt cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 1 handful lettuce (e.g. iceberg lettuce)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. If necessary, bake the bagels in the oven. Halve and coat the underside with cream cheese and thinly coat the top with ketchup. If necessary, cut the lettuce into small pieces and place on the cream cheese half. Cut the tomato into slices and cover the ketchup half with it. Salt and pepper.
  2. Carefully fold the two halves together, fix with a toothpick if necessary. Place in the oven for about 3 minutes until the top starts to brown. (Better to stick with it, depending on how much the oven heats up!) Serve immediately.
