Stuffed Bagels

Stuffed bagels (drying) can be prepared with any minced meat to taste. The appetizer looks beautiful on a festive table. Cooking is very simple!

Ingredients

  • Bagels (drying) – 300 g
  • Milk – 0.5 l
  • Minced meat – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower oil – for frying and greasing the baking sheet

Directions

  1. Pour the bagels with warm milk and let it brew for 30 minutes. During this time, you can mix them several times so that the bagels get wet well.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
  3. Minced meat (chicken or other minced meat) add salt and pepper. Add egg, stir. Then add the fried onions to the minced meat and mix again.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Put the soaked bagels on a baking sheet and fill with meat filling.
  5. Send the bagels with minced meat to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Then sprinkle the bagels with finely grated cheese and bake in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. The stuffed bagels are ready.
