  • 175 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s), small
  • salt and pepper
  • chives
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. For the dough, process the flour with an egg, butter or margarine and 1/2 teaspoon salt to make a shortcrust pastry. Press the dough into a 26 cm tart pan or springform pan, forming a 2 cm high rim.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. For the topping, mix the quark, herbal cream cheese, sour cream and eggs together well. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, optionally add chives and parsley. Spread the casting on the floor. Halve the tomatoes and spread them on the quiche with the cut surface facing up.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
