Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 80 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled cocoa powder
  • 1 glass sour cherries

For covering:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix in the flour and cocoa mixed with baking powder.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan or tart pan. Spread the drained sour cherries on the dough and press lightly.
  3. Bake at 175 ° C for 45 - 60 minutes.
  4. Spread the whipped cream on the cooled cake and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. (For a change, the cake can also be coated with chocolate icing.)
