Ingredients
For the dough:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 100 g marzipan raw mixture
- 3 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 grams flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
For the filling:
- 1 glass morello cherries
For the cast:
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Fat, for the shape
- Flour, for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar, for dusting

- Put the cherries in a colander and drain well. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy. Add the marzipan mixture and stir until it is uniform. Gradually stir in the eggs and lemon juice.
- Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder, sieve and stir into the dough spoon by spoon.
- Pour the dough into a springform pan that has been greased and dusted with flour. Spread the cherries on the dough.
- For the topping, stir the sour cream, eggs and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the cherries and bake the cake in the preheated oven (175 ° / convection 160 °) for about 45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
