  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), including the pulp
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the cream and milk in a saucepan, remove about 50 ml. Put the vanilla pulp, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well. Add the removed milk and stir everything well.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil. Then add the contents of the bowl that have been stirred up again and stir well. Bring the pudding to the boil briefly, stirring constantly.
  3. Fill into bowls and chill.
  4. Tastes similar to Monte White.
