Ingredients
- 4 potato (s), mostly waxy
- 50 ml cream
- some Milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into not too thin slices. Put in a saucepan, lightly salt, add the cream and just cover with milk. Bring to the boil and finish cooking on low heat.
- Shake the pot carefully every now and then so that nothing sticks. Season to taste with the spices and stir in the butter.
