Ingredients

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 100 g cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Puree the blueberries with the powdered sugar, except for a handful. Whip the cream.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar in an extra bowl until creamy. Then stir in the milk, the fruit puree and the whipped cream.
  3. Stir the mixture in the ice cream maker for about 15 minutes. Add the whole fruits and stir for another 5 minutes.
