Ingredients

  • 200 g rice puddin
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • 200 g almond (s), chopped
  • 2 cups cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 25 g cornstarch
  • some vanilla
  • cinnamon - sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, sugar, vanilla and salt to the boil, then add the rice pudding and prepare according to the instructions on the packet. Then let it cool down.
  2. Remove a little cherry juice and dissolve the starch in it. Bring the remaining cherries to the boil, add the starch and leave to swell for a minute. Then let it cool down.
  3. When everything is cold, whip the cream. Mix the rice pudding with the cherries and almonds and fold in the cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar as needed.
