Ingredients

  • 150 g rice puddin (round rain)
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g cherry (s), fresh or straiht from the lass
  • 25 g butter, cut into flakes

Instructions

  1. Bring milk to a boil. Add the rice, salt and sugar and simmer for about 30 minutes on a low level. Stir in between.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  3. Put the rice pudding in a baking dish. Pour off the cherries (if fresh ones are used, don`t forget to remove the stones!) And stir in. Top with flakes of butter.
  4. Place in the hot oven for 1 hour.
  5. Tastes warm or cold.
