- 50 ml balsamic vinegar, good
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 clove (s) garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- basil

- Put the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mayonnaise and garlic in a tall container and puree with the blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- A wonderfully creamy dressing that goes perfectly with salads such as rocket with parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and good ham.
- Let it steep a little so that the garlic comes through properly. Also delicious if you add basil too!
