Ingredients
- 1 bunch wild garlic, washed, roughly chopped
- 200 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 ml yogurt, 0.1%
- 100 g mountain cheese, French
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 teaspoons salt
- pepper from the grinder
