Creamy Jelly with Nuts

I bring to your attention a delicious, easy-to-prepare, and mouth-watering dessert – butter jelly with nuts. For the recipe, we use two types of nuts – walnuts and cashews. It is better to use more fatty cream, with it you get a particularly delicate and creamy taste. A pinch of vanillin can be added to add a vibrant flavor.

Cook: 25 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Cream (20% fat) – 250 ml
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Cashew nuts – 50 g
  • Gelatin – 15 g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vanillin (optional) – 1 pinch
  • Water – 50 ml

Directions

  1. Prepare all products according to the list. I have fried nuts. If you have raw nuts, fry them in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour gelatin into a bowl, pour 50 ml of hot water. Leave the gelatin to swell for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, transfer the nuts to the bowl of a kitchen blender, chop at high speeds to turn the nuts into crumbs.
  4. Add 2 tablespoon to the nuts. tablespoons of cream.
  5. Beat the nuts and cream again until smooth.
  6. Pour the remaining cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add the whipped nuts, and stir.
  7. Pour sugar into the cream, add vanillin if desired, mix.
  8. Melt swollen gelatin in a microwave oven (10 seconds) or in a water bath. Do not bring to a boil! Pour gelatin into a saucepan with cream and nuts.
  9. Mix everything thoroughly.
  10. Pour the resulting mass into silicone molds. Put the molds in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
