Ingredients

  • 600 g salmon slices, smoked, hih quality
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • Basil, fresh
  • 50 ml cream

For the crepes:

  • 450 g flour
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 7 egg (s)
  • 500 ml milk
  • salt
  • Herbs, freshly chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the crepes with a mixer. Bake crepes thinly in a pan and let cool.
  2. For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the cream so that it becomes a spreadable mixture. If you like, add a bit of crushed coriander seeds.
  3. Spread the mixture on the crepes and place a few basil leaves on top. Finally distribute the smoked salmon slices. Now roll up the crepes and cover with cling film
