  • 2 teaspoons sage
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • possibly olive oil or sunflower oil or
  • Rapeseed oil
  • some salt water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Briefly wash the chicken legs. Grind the spices with a mortar and mix with oil to form a paste. Rub the legs with the seasoning mixture and put it in the oven.
  2. If you like a crispy crust, brush the chicken pieces up to four times with a salt water solution. The legs are ready after 40 - 50 minutes.
  3. I like to add a little cream and broth to fried mushrooms and seasoned with 2 teaspoons of tandoori paste.
