Ingredients

350 g potato (s), small (triplets)
salt and pepper
Rapeseed oil
oregano

Instructions

First cook the triplets in the shell. Then heat rapeseed oil in a pan, quarter the triplets and add to the pan. Then season with salt and pepper and add the oregano.
Fry the triplets until crispy. In addition, lamb`s lettuce and a minute steak (or smoked tofu) taste very good.
