Instructions

  1. Thaw the prawns, peel them except for the tail fins and devein Whisk the egg with the paprika powder and thyme, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Throw the prawns in flour, pull them through the egg mixture, drain and then turn them in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prawns over high heat for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  3. Horseradish mayonnaise or aioli go well with this.
