Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 70 g butter, soft
  • 90 g cheese, rated
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 50 ml whipped cream, (cream)
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the cheese, salt, paprika and parsley well. Stir in the cream. Crumble the cheese mixture with the flour and baking powder, add the egg yolks and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in a cool place for approx. 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm. Cut out biscuits and place on the tray. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes.
