Beat the cream very stiff in a tall mixing beaker.
Mix the quark with the yogurt and sugar. Wash the fresh currants (Träuble), strip off the stems and add to the quark cream. Fold in the cream loosely. It should not be mixed completely and should make the mixture fluffy.
To serve, fill in dessert bowls and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of crispy muesli.
If you like it lower in fat, you can also add 1 to 2 egg whites instead of the cream.
Instead of crunchy muesli, you can roast chopped or sliced almonds in a pan and place on top.
