  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 thin baguette (s) stick

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the crushed garlic. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the bread into very thin slices and brush with the melted butter.
  3. Roast on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. The chips can be eaten hot or lukewarm and I sprinkle them with a little chives every now and then while they are hot
