- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 tablespoon herbs, e.g. dill, chives, parsley, basil your choice
For the cream:
- 40 g feta cheese
- 40 g cream cheese, natural
- 40 g Ajvar, hot, mild or mixed
- 40 g sour cream

- Wash the cucumber and cut or slice it finely. Chop the herbs. Stir the cream together.
- Place the cucumber in a fan shape on plates or platters and spread the cream on top as desired. Scatter the herbs on top.
