- 2 cucumber (s), peeled, pitted, diced and cut into cubes
- 500 g kidney beans (can)
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Vinegar or
- Lemon juice

- Put the cucumber and red beans in a bowl. Put vinegar (lemon) in an extra bowl and add finely chopped dill, chopped parsley, pepper, salt and sugar. Mix everything well and mix with the cucumber and beans.
