Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s), peeled in not too thin slices
- 10 cherry tomato (s), each cut crosswise into three slices
- 1 small onion (s), red, cut into the finest cubes
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dill tips, dried
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 ml cremefine or sweet cream
- 1 pinch vegetable stock powder

- Put the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
- Whisk all other ingredients except for the oil and cream in a glass or mug. Slowly run in the oil while stirring and stir in well. Now stir in the cream to refine it. Add the sauce to the salad just before serving.
- I arrange it in two bowls and then pour the sauce, which is quite compact, over it. So it doesn`t water down so much.
