Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry, (cooling shelf)
  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 3 half peach (s), (can)

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until frothy. Then add the other ingredients one after the other and mix well.
  2. Drain the peaches very well and cut them into slices.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and spread half of the curd cream on top. Spread the peach slices on top and spread the rest of the curd cream on top.
  4. Roll up the dough and close tightly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown.
