Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry à 275 g - 330 g
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark (curd cheese), 20% fat
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon peel, grated
  • 200 g cherry (s), halved and pitted

Instructions

  1. Separate two eggs. Beat the egg whites into snow.
  2. Curd cheese, stir together the 2 egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, custard powder and grated lemon until creamy. Mix in the egg whites. Add the cherries and mix everything together.
  3. Place the strudel dough on baking paper. Brush with the white of 1 egg and distribute the filling on top. Fold it up once. Brush with 1 egg yolk.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
