Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 300 g cherry (s), pitted
  • 8 ml sweetener or 120 g sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon liqueur (currant liqueur), or currant juice
  • 30 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Halve or quarter the cherries. Mix the quark well with lemon juice, currant liqueur, sweetener, vanilla sugar and chocolate sprinkles. Possibly add a little more water to dilute. Mix in the cherries and store in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
