Ingredients

  • 300 g currants, red
  • 300 g blackberries
  • some water
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 220 g preservin suar, 3: 1, approx.

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean berries. Pluck the currants from the panicles with a fork and bring to the boil together with the blackberries with a little water, cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Brush hot with a spoon through a sieve, then wipe the flesh hanging on the outside of the sieve with a spoon and stir with the fruit juice. Weigh the collected fruit juice (with pulp).
  2. Add the chopped strawberries and the correspondingly calculated preserving sugar, stir well. Let the whole thing stand for about 1 hour.
  3. Then bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 - 4 minutes. Now roughly mash the strawberries with a potato masher. Pour the hot fruit mixture into the prepared glasses and close tightly.
