Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil

For covering:

  • 500 g red currants, selected, streaked from the panicles

For the cast:

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 500 g sour cream or firm sour cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 bag pudding powder, (almond pudding)
  • 2 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 100 g suar

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients together and roll out the dough on a greased pan that has been dusted with flour.
  2. Spread the berries on top.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar for the topping until frothy. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and use a whisk to fold them into the egg cream. Pour the icing evenly over the berries.
  4. Bake the cake in the oven preheated to 175 ° for about 40 minutes!
