Ingredients

  • 150 g sweets (Daim, can also be more than ) at will
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • liter ⅛ egg liqueur

Instructions

  1. Grease a bundt pan (approx. 2.5 liters) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Roughly chop the daim, stir the butter and sugar until foamy, gradually stir in the eggs, add the eggnog and fold in the daim pieces.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and then fold in.
  4. Pour the batter into the mold and bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 1 hour.
  5. Let the cake cool down in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn it out, let cool down completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
  6. I think this cake is great because it is ready quickly and something else. I take a lot of Daim bars! The crispier / more caramelized, the better !!!
