Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are firm to the bite. Drain and let cool.
Make a dressing from cream of lettuce, yoghurt and a little cucumber liquid, season to taste.
Fold in the gherkins, peas and carrots (if necessary cut the carrots into small pieces) and fold in the hard-boiled, diced eggs and ham sausage along with the pasta.
Put the salad in a cool place until eaten and let it steep (best to prepare in the morning for evening or early for noon).
Tip: As a variation or a small portion, the salad can also be prepared with a ready-made meat salad instead of cream, gherkins or sausage.
