Ingredients

  • 1 kg plum (s)
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and zest, grated
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 clove (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 400 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the plums. Then heat the apple juice together with the water, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon stick and clove. Add the plums and cook until the plums start to crumble (about 10 minutes). Sweeten with sugar and bind with the starch mixed in a little water.
  2. Fill into bowls and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve with whipped cream.
