Ingredients
- 1 gr. Can (s) green beans (850 ml), drained well
- 300 ml cream
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- Salt and pepper, whiter from the mill
- 2 onion (s), very finely diced
- Smoked salt
- Vinegar (garlic vinegar)

- Mix the cream, white wine vinegar and onions, season with salt and pepper and then fold in the beans. Let everything steep for at least 4 hours, then season with smoked salt and garlic vinegar.
- The recipe is suitable for all hearty dishes. It tastes best with fried potatoes and sausages or with roast pork and dumplings.
