Ingredients

  • 250 g milk, lukewarm
  • 15 g yeast
  • 500 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 50 g butter, room temperature
  • 120 g suar
  • 5 g salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients (except the berries and seeds) in the food processor with the spiral mixer on level 2 in 6 minutes to form an elastic dough.
